A team from joint venture comnpany Space Consortium (Spacecon) will come to Ambon soon to study the build-operate-transfer (BOT) system for the construction of a condominium and hotel (Condotel) in Maluku's provincial capital.
Rahman Soumena, the head of Maluku's Capital Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), said here on Friday Spacecon would construct a 40-story Condotel with a total investment of Rp2 trillion in Ambon.
